Frank has been following IVGID issues for over 10 years and has attended virtually every meeting over the past decade. No other non-incumbent candidate running for an IVGID Trustee position has spent the amount of time that Frank has studying and understanding IVGID issues. Here is a list of some (not all) of Frank’s qualifications:

  • Works with Washoe County to establish guidelines and to enforce regulations of short-term rentals.

  • Advocates for IVGID parcel owners to receive value for the recreations fees they pay.

  • Is an expert on public open meeting laws.

  • Has a bill before the Nevada Legislature to review the IVGID financing, operations methodology and compliance with the state.

  • Understand the disturbances and negative health repercussions of short-term rentals.

  • Holds an M.A. and B.A. from Western State University
